When you place an order on weekdays before 1 p.m., the package will be shipped the same day*.
As soon as your order leaves the InnoPet warehouse, the delivery time is in the hands of the carrier. In general, the delivery time in the UK is 1 to 2 business days.
*(Dutch) National holidays may prevent us from shipping your package the same day.
If you would like to see our products in real life, you can visit one of the physical InnoPet dealers. You can find your local InnoPet dealer in the store locator.
In some countries, like the UK, we regrettably have very few physical dealers.
Do you know of a local store who would like to sell InnoPet products? Please refer them to our dealer application form.
When you place an order in the webshop over £25, the shipping costs are free.
You pay £11.50 shipping costs for orders under £25.
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.
