We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.

Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Sinds kort de hondenbuggy Comfort R eco met luchtbanden gekocht. De buggy rijdt fantastisch en de hondjes vinden het fijn en daar doen we het voor. Geen zware honden draagzakken meer (dus geen pijn meer in je rug). Voor lange stukken of winkels ideaal en de hondjes voelen zich veilig. Echt een aanrader. Wij zijn blij.

This well designed and robust stroller was put to good use on holiday, when our small dogs were happy to be pushed along walking trails, having run out of energy! It also proved great on long beach walks, and bumpy coastal paths. The chunky tyres can easily cope with mixed terrain. It also proved invaluable when sightseeing around busy towns, by keeping our girls safely out of the way of pedestrians.
We've never used a stroller before, and are so glad we bought the Comfort Air Eco model. It transformed our holiday and is totally brilliant. Highly recommended.
