How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Frits word wat ouder en kan niet meer hele wandelingen volhouden, ik wil hem toch graag meenemen maar tillen is geen optie..
Ik ben gaan kijken en vergelijken en deze buggy kwam toch steeds weer als fijnste praktische en mooiste naar voren 😊 ik ben super blij met deze mooie wagen .. en Frits ook 😍 op naar de mooie wandelingen

Goed gemaakt product van kwaliteit. Banden kunnen niet lek! Wij hebben deze gekocht voor onze pup, deze mag nog niet gaan lopen , maar onze senior wel. Eerst een draagzak geprobeerd, maar dat was geen uitkomst. Ik vind de ritssluiting om hem dicht te doen geen fijne oplossing en we hebben er een bedje op de grond geplaatst voor meer steun. verder een top product.

Saw this pram on Dog Academy Tv show last week & knew it would be life changing for my dog as when he gets tired the fun has to stop for the whole family & the day out finishes
This pram is light weight to push but feels sturdy & well balanced extremely well made & robust even thought of little touches like a carrying bag which attaches to handles very handed for treats lead & poo
Looks expensive & classy proud to push it around town have had lots of interest from other dog owners wish to purchase one
