Does the bike trailer fit my e-bike?
InnoPet does not recommend using a bike trailer in combination with a power-assisted vehicle such as an electric bicycle.

How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Can the InnoPet Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe also be used behind an e-bike?
The Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe comes with a 10mm diameter coupler and attaches to the rear axle of the bicycle. If the motor drive of the e-bike is on the rear wheel of the bike, then in most cases it is not possible to connect the Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe to the e-bike. We do want to explicitly mention that the maximum speed on straight roads is 16/km/h, turns should be taken extremely slowly (at walking pace).
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Onze teckel is volledig blind en vindt de buggy echt top om uitstapjes te maken. Hij voelt zich vooral veiliger en voor ons ook top in 2min is hij volledig opgevouwen en klaar voor transport in de wagen echt top buggy.

I have an aging Springer, not only aging but stubborn. Walks now are short and confined only to a 500 metre radius of our home. With a long holiday coming up I took the plunge and purchased the Innopet trailer/ stroller. A fair bit of cash for it not to be successful but what a success it’s been. As a sailor dog she loved going ashore in the dinghy. To her the trailer is similar. Paws out the front and head out. Content to be in and pushed happy to get out in places and walk. The trailer is sturdy well made very manoeuvrable. We were on woodland trails today and round the periphery of the golf course at 6am. So nice to be on the walks we did years ago. Love it!
