Does the bike trailer fit my e-bike?
InnoPet does not recommend using a bike trailer in combination with a power-assisted vehicle such as an electric bicycle.

How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Can the InnoPet Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe also be used behind an e-bike?
The Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe comes with a 10mm diameter coupler and attaches to the rear axle of the bicycle. If the motor drive of the e-bike is on the rear wheel of the bike, then in most cases it is not possible to connect the Sporty Dog Trailer Deluxe to the e-bike. We do want to explicitly mention that the maximum speed on straight roads is 16/km/h, turns should be taken extremely slowly (at walking pace).
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Has given us our joy of dog walking back with our convalescing dog. Has also worked as a safe enclosed space to keep our dog away from little hands post surgery. Feels sturdy and took a couple of minutes to have it set up out of the box, pushes smoothly and quietly, really pleased and would recommend. We went for the size up to 30kg for our 16kg dog and this works really well for us as it's the size of his dog basket on wheels. Used our own dog basket cushion rather than the add on from Innopet.

I have 15year old dog with a knee injury. This buggy gave her her old life back again!We just took her to the beach in it it was amazing it was easy to push on the wet sand front wheel gets stack if you go on dryer sand but you can just lift the front wheel up and push on large back wheel she didnt mind that at all lied down and enjoyed the ride.
It's a really good quality buggy which I was expecting for that much money and I'm very happy with a purchase. We are excited planing all trips we can now do taking our old doggy with us only thanks to this buggy. Have to mention its super easy to push. I had different buggy in the past which was nightmare to push decided to go for more expensive option this time and it was worth it. The only problem now is to keep her calm and not running cause of injured knee she gets super excited and happy to be out and about again.
