How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Bijzonder mooie honden buggy voor onze chihuahua. Zeer eenvoudige montage en gemakkelijk inklapbaar. Rijdt fantastisch en onze Bella kan nu mee op de langere wandelingen.

Geweldige buggy de Innopet Adventure we kunnen zorgeloos genieten en op avontuur met onze ragdoll kittens Betsie en Maribella nu 4 maanden oud. Ze zitten veilig en comfortabel in de afgesloten buggy met rits, ze waren heel snel gewend en nu kan de kap heerlijk open en zitten ze vast aan de veilige riempjes. De koets is adembenemend mooi zwart met goud en rijd heerlijk op alle ondergronden. Afsluitbare bakje voor telefoon en sleutels etc grote bagagemand ook afsluitbaar. Wat een uitvinding om op avontuur te kunnen gaan met je dierbare dierenvriendjes.

Fijne buggy voor mijn teckel met ivdd, zo kan hij toch lekker mee naar buiten voor een lange wandeling zonder dat hij lang hoeft te wandelen. Even thuis geoefend en hij was er heel snel aan gewend. De buggy is licht van gewicht en stuurt makkelijk.
