How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.
Wheels made of EVA-material. What does that mean?
Ethylene- vinyl acetate (EVA) is a durable compressed foam which gives a rubbery effect. So no hard plastic wheels, but a soft comfortable experience. Another added benefit: EFA tyres cannot go flat either. Handy isn’t it?
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.

Onze Franse Bull reist met ons mee op de motor.. Omdat we dan vaak ook een stad bezoeken is het fijn dat hij een plek heeft waar hij veilig kan zitten tussen de drukte. We hebben gekozen voor de InnoPet Buggy City omdat deze klein opvouwbaar is en licht van gewicht. De buggy moet immers als bagage mee op de motor!! Wij en Jake de Bull zijn er erg blij mee! Jake is zoals gezegd een Franse Bulldog en weegt 10 kg. Hij heeft voldoende ruimte in de buggy om te kunnen liggen en zitten. 5 sterren voor ons!

Sturdy, easy to assemble and disassemble, light in weight, easy to manuveur, dog is comfortable, and compact when folded for storage.
Disappointed that there is no storage bag for the City Buggy

I read the description and it said up to 11kg dog. My dachshund dog weighs 5kg and it felt so unsafe, even started to tip over. also the safety clip that you clip onto the dog collar came undone straight away.
Innopet customer service are fantastic though. I returned the city buggy and spent alittle bit more and got the Innopet comfort, which is first class, totally amazing.
