How long do I have warranty on the Premium Cozy?
We provide a standard three-year warranty on the InnoPet Premium Cozy. You can easily extend this to 5 years by registering your product here.
What are the dimensions of the Premium Cozy?

How do you attach the wheels on the Premium Cozy?
It is very simple to attach the wheels to the axle or fork.
Rear wheel: press the button in the center of the wheel, then slide the wheel onto the axle and release the button. Pull the wheel slightly towards you until you hear a click. The rear wheel is now attached.
Front wheel: Press the button on the top of the mounting block. Slide the front wheel with the pin into the mounting block. Release the button and the front wheel is attached.
Does the Premium Cozy have pneumatic tyres?
The InnoPet Premium Cozy comes with PU tyres as standard. It is possible to purchase a set of pneumatic tyres separately. More information can be found here
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.

I ordered the Innopet Premium Cozy stroller for my 10kg Cockapoo and couldn’t be happier. Really good quality product and assembled in five minutes. It is sturdy without being too heavy to lift and transport and my little dog was perfectly happy to climb in straight away.

Dit is een geweldige wagen, ik heb hem gekocht omdat mijn hond haar poot had gebroken en twee operaties moest ondergaan. Zo kon ze toch altijd mee naar buiten. Vanaf de eerste dag heeft ze de wagen toegeëigend en wil er niet meer uit. De wagen rijdt soepel op verharde en onverharde wegen, is wendbaar en kun je met 1 vinger besturen. Op straat krijg ik veel reacties van omwonenden dat de wagen echt super mooi is.
Kan makkelijk bij ons in de kleine hal staan bij de voordeur, makkelijk in en uit elkaar te klappen zodat hij ook mee kan op vakantie... we zijn er meer dan blij mee. En onze kleine Nalah is de queen in haar nieuwe Rolls-Royce wagen.
