How long do I have warranty on the Premium Cozy?
We provide a standard three-year warranty on the InnoPet Premium Cozy. You can easily extend this to 5 years by registering your product here.
What are the dimensions of the Premium Cozy?

How do you attach the wheels on the Premium Cozy?
It is very simple to attach the wheels to the axle or fork.
Rear wheel: press the button in the center of the wheel, then slide the wheel onto the axle and release the button. Pull the wheel slightly towards you until you hear a click. The rear wheel is now attached.
Front wheel: Press the button on the top of the mounting block. Slide the front wheel with the pin into the mounting block. Release the button and the front wheel is attached.
Does the Premium Cozy have pneumatic tyres?
No, the InnoPet Premium Cozy dog stroller comes with PU-tyres.
Do I need tools to assemble InnoPet products?
Convenience is what makes our products so special. You can put the clock on it: within 5 minutes your dog stroller is ready to use. If you can’t figure it out, don’t worry, we have made you video manuals.

Je hebt me zo fijn geholpen via de mail begin februari, met je uitleg over de Innopet cozy.
Ik ben blij dat ik dat cozy heb gekocht voor onze boomer. Wat een gevoel van vrijheid. Niet meer op tijd naar huis, omdat hij alleen thuis zit. Geen zorgen, of de afstand misschien te ver is.
Maar gewoon samen genieten van het NU.
Wat een ontzettend fijne hondenbuggy zeg. En de reacties zijn zo leuk!!!!!!!
Ps, Op de vloedlijn liep de cozy soepel vooruit.

Dit is al mijn derde innopetwagen. Mijn eerste kocht ik 14 jaar geleden voor mijn kleine prinses mopsje Belle. Dat was er een met luchtbanden, maar die na 9 jaar omgeruild voor een goedkopere versie met kunststof banden. Na 5 jaar dan nu deze Premium Cozy gekocht voor mijn nieuwe prinsesje Savi de Tibbie. Omdat ik toch weer ook de bossen wil ingaan. Wow, echt de beste tot nu toe!
Wil je eentje met comfort voor je hondje, comfort voor diegene die erachter loopt en comfort (ook als vervanger voor rollator) als je gaat winkelen (prima pakezel!), dan is deze een super uitkomst. Och ja… denk dat dit geldt voor elke Innopet hondenbuggy, goede kwaliteit…. maar deze is gewoon ook heel mooi 😍.

We hebben een teckel en zij heeft intussen 2 hernia’s gehad waardoor we opzoek waren naar een comfortabele buggy voor haar die niet veel schokt. We wisten echt niet goed welke buggy we het best kochten voor haar en daarom hebben we contact opgenomen met InnoPet zelf. We zijn heel goed geholpen en hebben de informatie gekregen die we nodig hadden om een beslissing te nemen. We kozen voor de innopet premium cosy. Deze heeft een goede demping. We zijn intussen al een aantal keer gaan wandelen en ze rijdt ook echt goed. Ook makkelijk opvouwbaar om in de koffer op te brengen en de wielen gaan er eenvoudig af.
Ik raad deze buggy zeker aan! Het heeft ons leven meer vrijheid gegeven en we kunnen weer met onze teckel lange wandelingen maken en naar de stad gaan.
