Can I take the wheels off of the InnoPet All Terrain dog stroller?
Yes, it is possible to remove the wheels of this stroller. However, it is not recommended to remove the front wheel often. Removing the wheel frequently can weaken the connection system, which may damage it or even break off.
How long is the warranty on my InnoPet product?
We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore give you a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Can I clean the cover?
Yes! All covers of our dog prams can be removed from the frame so that you can wash them properly by hand. Do this no warmer than 30 °C and use mild soap. Finished washing? Then leave the cover to dry, but do not put it in the sun as this may discolour it.
Can I buy spare parts?
We have spare parts for all strollers (unless they are out of stock). Do you need a new wheel, want to change the cover (for maybe a different colour) or have you lost component? No problem, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.

De wagen is makkelijk in elkaar te zetten en ziet er goed uit. We hebben deze meteen kunnen gebruiken bij een wandeling op de heide. Op een gegeven moment was het pad deels ondergelopen en deels modderpoel, maar even inklappen en zo er overheen getild. Onze hond zat verder prinsheerlijk in de wagen. Eenmaal droog waren de wielen ook zo schoongemaakt.
